NPTC trained, Lantra certificated and Fully insured.
What we offer is
a cost effective solution for safe tree removal with
minimum fuss.
Initially we will inspect your tree and provide a free, quotation.
If the tree is in a confined space and needs climbing skills or you
just need crowning or thinning,
we will refer the job to our specialist tree surgeon
We offer 'no
nonsense' advice with no pressure.
You can then
decide to contract us or not.
Before any tree removal we will carry out the following:
1) Risk Assessment of the tree, felling area and access to site
1) Ownership of the land.
2) Check with the local authority that the trees concerned do not
have a Tree Preservation Order on them - this may delay the start of
any work we do for you.
3) Check that the site is not "A site Of Scientific Special Interest
(SSI).
4) Checks with National Grid for underground gas pipes and electricity
cables
We will require full access to remove the trees and the resulting
debris.
Any debris is either removed and taken to our Green Re-cycling Centre
to be composted.
or it will be chipped on site and the debris removed for mulch.
For Health & safety reasons we do not work in the snow, dark
or extreme wind.
If you would like to keep the wood for use in multi stoves or an open
fire, please let us know
and we will build in the cost of cutting the tree into manageable sized
logs.
Stumps are taken down to ground level and poisoned to prevent regrowth.
However we may be able to remove the roots (this will incur extra
charges)
